Changelog
What's shipped, newest first. Beta — things move fast.
Late October 2026
Studio polish + self-serve support
- Downloadable deliverables — every episode now hands you the real files: audio, transcript, show notes, study notes, vertical clips, captioned clips, and thumbnails.
- Mobile experience — reworked bottom nav (5 tabs + a More sheet), larger tap targets, and a cleaner sign-in screen for recording and reviewing on the go.
- Empty states that do something — every "nothing here yet" screen now has a clear next action instead of a dead end.
- Support pages — this FAQ and changelog, plus the sub-processor list.
Early October 2026
Solo recording + real deliverables
- Teleprompter — write or import a script, and it voice-tracks your pace with line highlighting, WPM, and a countdown. Second-device remote control included.
- AI script generation — draft a teleprompter script from a topic in one click.
- Honest deliverables — the studio now shows exactly which files exist, not placeholder numbers.
- Guided onboarding — a first-run tour walks new users through recording, booking a guest, or importing a file.
September 2026
The core pipeline goes live
- Zero-touch recording — booking a guest auto-schedules the Live Desk bot and mints a Google Meet link.
- AI co-host — a realtime co-host joins live calls, with private cue notes to the host.
- Avatar studio — lip-synced demo videos from a digital-twin avatar.
- Study notes / lesson mode — an educator bundle with WebVTT captions and a lesson assembler.
- Native booking — self-serve show creation and data scoping (removed the Cal.com dependency).
- Agents + webhooks — connect your own agent, fire webhooks on episode publish and guest stage changes.
August 2026
Foundation
- Full production pipeline — transcription → show notes → edit → master → packaging → quality-control gate.
- The release gate — every episode pauses for your approval; a hard QC failure blocks publication.
- Accounts — email + password and Google sign-in, per-user isolation, and API keys for agents.
- First episode shipped — the EIM Podcast published to YouTube and Apple Podcasts.
