What is PM3K?
PM3K is an AI podcast production studio. You drop in a raw recording, and a chain of agents transcribes, edits, masters, and packages it into a publish-ready episode — show notes, vertical clips, captions, thumbnails, and a quality-control gate.
How does it work?
Upload a recording (audio or video) from the studio app. The pipeline runs in stages: transcription → show notes → edit → master → packaging → quality control. When it's done, it pauses at a release gate for your review. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
How much does it cost?
PM3K is currently free during beta. Paid plans are coming — pricing and limits will be posted on the pricing page before anything charges a card.
What do I need to get started?
Just a recording of your conversation. Everything else — editing, notes, packaging — the pipeline handles. If you record remotely, you can also use the built-in recording and guest-booking tools.
What's the release gate?
Every episode stops before publication so you can review and approve it. There is no auto-publish without your explicit approval. A hard quality-control failure (for example, no usable audio) blocks publication outright and can't be overridden.
What happens if quality control fails?
The episode is marked blocked and you'll see exactly what failed. You can fix the recording (or settings) and re-run. The gate is designed to catch problems before they go public — not to silently pass a broken episode.
Who owns my content? Is it private?
You retain all rights to everything you upload and everything the studio produces for you. Your files are isolated per account, and your data is never used to train the AI models we call. See the Privacy Policy and Sub-processors for the full detail.
What can I upload?
Common audio and video formats (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, and similar). A typical hour-long interview processes in roughly 15 minutes on CPU.
How do I publish and distribute?
Once you approve an episode, the studio generates your RSS feed (for Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other apps), downloadable clips and captions for social, and ready-to-post captions per channel. YouTube and X/Twitter auto-posting are one-time OAuth grants away.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
AI transcription, editing, and show notes can be imperfect. The pipeline flags claims it can't verify rather than inventing citations, and you review everything before it ships. You're responsible for the final content you publish.
How do I delete my account and data?
Delete your account from the studio's Account page (password-confirmed). Your data is removed per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
